you just listed my favorites.

Mrs. Yami and I have been doing portion control and no food from a box. but i love to cook so that part isn't hard.

I just can't get my big butt motivated to start running. I need to start, gotta lose 30lbs and so far only 3 have left.

Well, at least they left and haven't stayed and invited their friends!

Randimus cooks when he's home and he's really really good at it.  I have to scale back on the portions myself.

Oh and I forgot:   Cheese. All kinds.  And Mac and Cheese.
We make the home made kind and it's the best I've ever had.  Ever.   [thumbsup]

portion control

portion control.....   uh.     :P

That's how I dropped the 60 lbs.    portions.   tracked it in the iphone.  was stunned at the actual amounts I was doing.

anything else didn't work long term as I won't give up bread.  ever.  Why would I give up something sooooo yummy.

so sustainable, slow, non-painfull loss over time.

with wine.
and whine.

;D

Okay, I weighed in at 169 this morning. who wants to race me to a loss of 14lbs? Honor system of course. what should the bet be?  Anyone with a gym membership need not apply.

Man....I feel like the guy in last place, even in the couch potato thread.

I weighed in this morning at two-fitty  [laugh]

I did do 15 miles yesterday on the bike....a warm up ride, since it had been so long. Didn't even puke. Of course, I followed the ride up with dos  [drink]
