Funny you say it (AGV) might be more noisy than an the Arai.
I have always found my Arai fairly noisy when it comes to wind.
In saying that, I have just changed to a newer Arai RXQ and I have to say it is much quieter than the Corsair RX7.
I did look at the AGV again but it just doesn't fit, it ends up being really short on the back of my head and leaves my neck very exposed.

Replaced my Arai Provile with a GP Tech lighter quieter and more comfy than the Profile.

Yeah it does seem quieter , at least at suburban speeds, less whistle
overall Im very happy , see how it goes at Hwy speed .
