Hello monster fans!

I'm Benjamin Troop, a current inhabitant of Seattle's eastside (specifically newcastle), and I'm picking up my first Ducati this weekend.  I bought an imperfect 1995 Monster 900 in order to keep my project itchings under control.  I'm hoping to practice my creative flair and improve my mechanical understanding while I tear it apart and rebuild it. 

I've never owned a street bike before (I grew up riding dirt bikes), nor have I ever undertaken a project of this magnitude, but I'm really excited for the years of challenges and fun it will bring.

I'll hopefully post pics as soon as I get the bike.
