My update:
I've been walking a lot the past week, chill hikes along the Pacific coast, all fun, not at all serious

The bad news is my coworkers have been giving me cookies & cupcakes every day (it's a conspiracy!) and I haven't said no. Also, I've been giving in to my weakness for carnitas super burritos with Mexican coke. Mmmmmmm carnitas...

Mebbe I should get a little less "not serious"

i've been seeing 211 and change on the scale a lot lately. both in the morning and in the evening.

this is getting odd. i think i might have to stop running 3-4 times a week.

My excuse, boredom. Not much to do but wait for my US trip so been snacking around the house. Once i start riding, ill be too busy to eat and thus lose weight/fat.

Yup boredom, not much to do but eat and COL

Did go for a run this morning for the first time in 2 months. Made it about 100yards before it felt like my all the tendons around my heel tore. A little bit of stretching and that went away. Now re-hydrating with a "Mickey-mosa"

The wife is doing army training outta town for the next 6 weeks, which means PT every day...so decided to cut back on all the delicious food I eat and start eating "healthier." First order of business: Made a giant pot of sweet and spicy homemade chili and rice.

Been playin basketball twice a week
Racquetball once a week
Swimming once a week

Limiting food intake, and have yielded no results....I think im going back to my delicious diet!
