Will do, but if anyone can locate the brackets I'd much rather buy them and keep the bags.  [thumbsup]

For what its worth this is the first time I've had issues with an on-line moto-forum transaction (and I've bought/sold 10s of thousands of $$ worth of stuff, including two bikes over forums sight unseen).
