I'm having a hard time deciding, whether to bring the Paul Smart so I'll look really cool, or bring the 1098s so maybe I can keep up with you kids :P

Three weeks to go.  Should be a blast  [Dolph]  If you haven't been on one of these hill country trips, here's your chance.  We should be over the worst of the triple digit temps by then so there's some good riding to be had for sure.  And the accommodations at Koyote Ranch are top-notch.

How are we doing in Cabin 26?  RichD is out (for obvious reasons  :-X ) and so is Jason.

I'm sorry to have to do this but with the recent k-bike development, I'm going to have to cancel as well. With my long legs, the Monster is no bueno for long rides in the HC.

Will, it sucks being tall!  but not being comfortable on a long ride would just make it longer and miserable!

That only leaves 4 in a big cabin... Can we all squeeze into 1 cabin, or is anybody else interested in going?

I've already put a $280.00 non-refundable cc deposit down on the big cabin (Cabin 26) for four nights.  If we need to cancel the big cabin, we need to do it before 21 days of our stay or I'll be charged for the other three nights whether we're there or not (works out to be 625 bucks in addition to the 280 for a rough total of around $900).

If we need to do something different, I need to know real soon.

If we switch to one cabin then we will need to figure out the $175 deposit on cabin 25.  Koyote will no longer refund deposits.

"Your deposit is equal to your first night's stay (minus tax where applicable).  Cancellations may be made 14 days or more prior to your reservation, at which time you may reschedule your stay or take a "VOUCHER".  The voucher will be good for the amount of your deposit and MUST BE USED WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF THE VOUCHER DATE AND IS NON RENEWABLE.  If you cancel within 14 days prior to your stay you will forfeit your deposit."

Sounds like it might be a good idea to cancel 1 of the cabins. I bet we could use the "voucher" to help pay for the other cabin!
We could always get a small cabin if we need a coupla extra beds [thumbsup]
