So it looks like we've got eight people going as of today.  Everyone could fit in Cabin 26 (not sure about Cabin 25?)

KR's six month voucher policy for cancellations sucks, but what if we decide to postpone this trip and agree to reschedule it sometime before next February keeping the Cabin 25 and Cabin 26 large-group strategy?

I'm OK with 1 cabin, or postponing, either way, but it seems like we need to decide today!!!!!!!!!!!!

whatever is easier and cheaper works for tyler abd I.  if its pay 250 bucks for the 4 of us, and only 100 if we stay in 1 cabin and we all pitch in 40 bucks to cover the deposit its still cheaper,  whatever you want to do is okay with us.

What's the difference between cabin 25 & cabin 26? Is 1 of them larger? Which 1 is the 1 that has been our "main" cabin in the past?!?

It's sounding like we need to cancel 1 of the cabins & hopefully apply that deposit to the cabin we keep

zach is cancelling our cabin everyone to the big. tell tyler to bring an air mattress!!!!!!!!

Cabin 25 in cancelled.  $170 has been transferred to cabin 26.  Lisa, you should receive an e-mail from Koyote letting you know that I have transferred my deposit to you.

I think this will work 

fri dinner- fend for yourself
sat breakfast- chris and zach
sat dinner- scott and lisa
sun breakfast- alan and tyler
sun dinner- cory and significant other
mon breakfast fend for yourself

evryone will owe zach $21
everyone will owe lisa $35
they will slpit rest at checkout!!

Instead of doing it that way, how about everyone (except Lisa) owes Zach $10, everyone (except Zach) owes Lisa $30.  Then everyone except Zach and Lisa pay Koyote $65.  That equates to everyone paying $105 total.  And this way Zach and Lisa don't have to pay anything to Koyote when they get there since they have already put down the deposits.

Awesome, thanks.   Now that that's out of the way, we never got an answer on the rambo ale.

How ever it works on splitting the deposit works for me.  I'm just happy it is going to work out.
