Hey Guys,

I am going to look at a 2003 Monster 620 tomorrow. Are there any trouble spots on these bikes that I should focus on?

Welcome.

Make sure the gauges show no signs of moisture inside.

Maintenance records are a plus.

No major trouble spots.  Things to watch are fuel tank rust (if its metal) and fuel tank expansion (if its plastic).

Make sure it's got 3 keys. Two black and one red. If a black key is missing, not a big deal. IF the red key is missing you might walk away. W/o the red key it's nearly $2000 in parts to get the bike going again if the immobilizer system is activated.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.
