Lots of water. I think I drank a bottle after each session and still only pee'd once-granted it was Willow Springs in May.

I just did the same thing on Tuesday (M750, first track day, rode up from Boston the night before) and had a great time.  I stayed at the Red Roof Inn, grabbed breakfast at a place on the way to the track (Broken Egg or something like that), and got to the track with enough time to pull the fuses on the front and rear lights, remove the mirrors, tape the front light, and remove the plate.  Everyone in the garage was helpful and encouraging.   I think you'll have a great time and leave with more confidence on the bike.  I was a bit spent on the ride home though.  The organization I was with provided water/gatorade and lunch, but if yours doesn't, definitely bring as much fluid and snacks as you can.  You might also try to bring some extra gas as you're likely to go through your tank before you're finished.  Have fun!

also a very good idea to drink a lot of water the day before you go.
Like this is the racing, no?

Thanks again - I do plan to have fun. I reserved a room in the red roof. I will be on the yellow 696...see you there!

You should have told us the color in the original post - you're doomed on a yellow bike [cheeky] [cheeky]

Relax and have fun [thumbsup]
Desmosedici - it's the new Paso (except the bodywork doesn't fit as well)
