Our weekend plans have changed so we will make the BBQ!

We are also planing on the ride (unless I chicken out) 


(Haven't ridden much in the last year, and after a couple short rides last weekend this is jumping in with both feet...)

This is shaping up to be an awesome day!  Thanks for responding; it looks like we've got 8 folks for the ride and 16 peeps for the BBQ  

If anyone needs directions to my house, please PM me.  And I've added a map link on Reply #20 for the parking lot where we'll meet for the start of the ride on Sunday.

Got everything worked out and the wife and I will be there around 5.  Thanks for putting this together.

Be mindful of the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch on 1171 going west the the Boyd's house. This time of year it's packed and can cause traffic back ups. Lots of cops too. You folks have a good safe ride and enjoy the great BBQ. I assume the awesome bread pudding will be offered.

Pumpkin Patch is still packing 'em in but FM 1171 has been widened FINALLY to three lanes each way with a center median.  Plus, they've got Flower Mound road widened to two lanes each way with a nice divided median so that will be our "backway" in and out of town that completely avoids 1171 at it's worst points.  All of the road construction/aggravation in our area has finally paid off

Indeed! It's much improved getting to our Lewisville office.

It's official, I chickened out!  Still feeling too green on bike for this ride.  Going to ride closer to home today and we will see you all later at the BBQ later.  Have fun today, looks like a pretty day out.
