I don't think words are required for this. All I can say is I was miles from home. I was thankfully riding at a slow pace in a straight line because the amont of oil that acumilated on the back tyre I would have been potato farming if I was hooking into a corner. Apologies to Kandos shire for the 200 meter oil slick on their road!

As you would imagin this motor is destroyed!

Does this mean I join Teffs club??? ;D

Good one Bazz [thumbsup]

The motor kept running until the rod hacked the ignition pickups wiring. It's amazing how much oil was pumped out.

Piston still up the top of the barells. I wasn't reving the guts out of the motor (Not Sunday anyway!) so I think I may still have a good head.

I don't really want to pull it down. I think it's fitting for a glass coffee table project!

New old engine has been found. I think I will strip it down and double check everything.

The old one will look good as a trophy! [thumbsup]

Your on Mick! [thumbsup]

But first I need to sort the new motor out. Pulled the head off last night and the motor looks like it has done hardly any work. Inlet cam is pitted, exhaust cam is perfect which is unusuall until I relised the oil feed pipes are the small old version. Found one bolt thread has broken from a fall for the pulse trigger cover which is not to hard to fix. New rings, bearings, gaskets and a coat of paint  and we will be good for another 20 years!
