The Carbon Matrix STS wheels for Monster model year 2010-2011-2012 is available.

For earlier models we only have the Alloy rims in the tubeless A-System type wheels at this time

As you can see the nipples are different on the STS from the A-System

I looked at getting Alpinas for the SC a while back, as I wanted to stay with the spoked look.  For what these cost though, the benefits just weren't with it from a performance stand point; they aren't that much lighter than the alloy rimmed wheels that came on my SC.  Couple that with the fact that it wasn't that much more (relatively) expensive to go with BSTs, and...  You get the idea.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Ben...you know you love your BST's.  I just wish I was baller status and had CF wheels. :(

I do love them, but that's not really the point.  I was looking at the Alpinas originally.  Decided against them when I saw how little weight difference there with those wheels compared to the price.

interesting hat like device on the SSA spoke wheels for hyper 100 sp. it appears to hold the left hand side spokes that would have interfered with the brakes.

Steve I'll have a good look on the Alpina Wheels stand at the milan show next week to see if they do anything for the SSS monsters.

What is the weight difference, and how much do tubes weigh?  My guess is that the tubes are 1 lb. each.  I should have weight them before I mounted the wheels.   :P
