Total Bullshit...

I'm hiring a lawyer for everything from now on. I'm still pissed we paid that stupid &#&@%$@& Talimena ticket...

I'm using John Gioffredi for 2 local tickets - 214-739-4515, ask for Leti.
He came highly recommended. So far, so good.

Thanks y'all. I'll have to take Brians advice, though it's a travesty to limit a Ducati. That's the true injustice here.

Sorry to hear about the red light ticket Donald. The only thing worse than getting a ticket from a cop is getting a ticket from a computer.

Thanks for the info Scott. I'll give him a try.

Watch your speed out there folks.  [thumbsup]

John is a good friend of mine and Jen's!! We have worked with him at the courthouse for years. We stear all our friends with tickets to him, even my brother. If you use him make sure you tell him you are a friend of mine and pretend you know that I was the State District Court Coordinator in the 204th and 291st District Courts... fake like you know what that means!! [laugh] He's good and so are all the associate attorneys that work with him. Hell, half the defense attorneys in town probably worked for John in their green, rookie years, the rest went to the DA's office. No, I swear he won't charge double when he hears that you know me! ;D

On my drive to work this morning I counted 6 people pulled over at various stages of the commute.  The LEOs seem to be out in force this week and we all know it'll be worse over the weekend.  Be careful out there and watch out for the fuzz

They get grant money to work traffic and DWI stops. They have to use the money in the way that it was intended. If it's DWI Task Force money then they put lots of extra offices out on the streets at prime time DWI driving... weekend nights, holidays, Thursday evening for happy hour drunks, etc. Maybe they are spending their traffic patrol grant $$$.

this is the end of the month and they have to make the quota!!

I wouldn't mind writing a check from time to time for "traffic taxes", I just don't want my insurance to skyrocket!!!

That's my motto!  I have not had ANYTHING stick (and there have been some interesting "roadside encounters") in the last ten+ years...

But... if it makes you (or anyone) feel better,
I'm still pissed too!    >:(

Indeed.  Completely economical  [thumbsup]  [drink]

Of course if we start another  thread, it could help boost L'Smart's pathetically low post count (geez, what a lurker)
