Some of it is, or at least some place they speak Russian. I only know a couple words, but I heard an 'Oh God' when the dude takes out the light in the subway escalator with his head

Looked a lot like the Moscow i remember - dreary, damp, bleak, and full of stuff that seems like a good idea after a third of a bottle of vodka.

I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!
