They're offering a local promotion, and I'm always a bit skeptical of new to the area companies offering travel freebies.

any major business that uses a @hotmail.com address for customer service isn't worth my time.

We did more research on them when we got a different phone number. 

Turns out, they do give the vouchers, but they are filled with activation fees, taxes and the like.  Lots of hidden fees with their freebies.  Wasn't worth it for us, so we didn't go.
