To my knowledge it's not possible to attach a file to a post.

Your best bet would probably be to upload it somewhere (dropbox maybe?) and insert a link to the uploaded file.

I've never used Dropbox, but I have used Mediafire, and have no complaints with it.

try sendspace.com for files under 300 mb... it's fast and you dont need to sign up for anything.
