Direct TV's service is simple. You pay for the month you are going to use.

if i cancel BEFORE the month is up, how the make the beast with two backs are you going to CHARGE me for the coming month?

they took it right out of my credit card and are refusing to return it.


now i just realized they locked me out of my own monthy billing statements so i cant even prove when my bill cycle is....what the make the beast with two backs.

your credit card company will not charge you the amount if you dispute it with them.  Explain the situation and if you have proof with whom you spoke at Shit TV, which I hope you do, write an email with this info.  Once the dispute is open they have to prove what they are billing for to the credit card company.
