The Gilera is certainly an interesting motorcycle.

Body by Tamburini, engine by Morini (350cc 72° vtwin, just like a 3½)

Designed at the same time as the Paso 750, I think this was actually a test for it.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Certainly that bodywork is very Paso as I had a 750 Limited. That front wheel fairing looks very K1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:BMW_K1_blue_1993_r_TCE.jpg

i once read that it was an attempt to create an "air jacket" for an air/oil cooled motor to get some of the same advantages as a water jacket.

but its true the morini engine is very cute

[thumbsup] I would say that this is a one off special built around a 750 Laverda Sport from the Zane era. I had a go on one once, and was very impressed!

I don't know much about these bikes, but they were shown at EIMCA this past month by a company named Breganze.

I dug a little deeper.  Here is their website.  The name of this company is taken from the village where Laverdas were made.

It looks like they are using the engine from the 90's era Zane Laverda Ghost Strike 750 and wrapping it in their own frame and then surrounding it with current suspension and wheels.  You can see it has the same engine as this Ghost Strike 750.
