So ive had a ton of service calls to my house regarding Internet service this year alone.

I called and they said i can apply for credit toward my bill for the periods its been out. So the guy tells me im only eligible for 1 week of refunds.... i asked him to read back to me my service record, there were 16 calls in total, with 9 house calls that required several technicans to come and repair the service.

He said based on that information, he can only apply 1 weeks worth of credit to my account, when i asked to speak to a manager, i waited for 3 minutes and then they hung up on me.


When calling DirecTV, they also hung up on me. What the hell is people being so dishonest these days?

I just guess that you were horrible in a past life or something 

must of been! guess it doesnt help that i got 2 parking tickets today!  I swear it was thursday not friday!

You have the internet through dish also? I work for time warner so im not sire how their system works.. but with all the problems your having you may need a new line..  grab the line coming from tje outside in and bend it back n forth.. if it crunches its all ready done for..  when water gets in the line and then dries out the inside will corrode.. signal still passes through butwont be perfect, usually causing a signal to noise issue.. if its not crunchy, it may still have water in it but not enough to corrode tjeinside metal braids...  only other way to find out is to cut itopen.. 

You really need to move someplace where you don't need all yer sh*t, i.e.: the internet, DirectTV and especially your Duc!!

i get my internet through time warner. i dont have TV now. which is not a big deal since i only watch sports and thats on free tv anyway. , they finnaly replaced the line last week since ive had the problem in janurary. they brought a new line into my house, and fixed the switch in my yard.

service has been much better. getting good speeds now.
