I have the 5.0 and they are probably the cheapest things I ever seen besides keeping me legs from getting a little cold they are not worth the material that they are made out of.  Just poorly poorly made that is why I am looking for new pants.  I can not say anything about the 7.0 but the 5.0 are not very good

Hmm I wore the 5.0 for almost 2 years, crashed in them once at 40mph and they held up fine.  I suppose YMMV.
I love my RED 620!

--> Joe Rocket Alter Ego 1+

Great; have armour; waterproof lining  that I haven't tested, but are good without in light rain ... 3 pants in one a great deal under 200 and I'm not a Joe rocket fan!  and i was in a hurry and I paid over 200!  Still feel I got a deal ...
.... all the world is yours.

+1 on the Alter ego's

I've had mine for 2 years now, they're perfect over a pair of jeans and they have a zip out section for ventaltion when it's hot, I wear them almost everytime I ride, sometimes I'll wear my leather pants.
