I have a bad feeling you are very correct on that.
The old saying "buy it cheap-stack it deep" applies here.
If you don't think it's cheap right now I think your opinion will be different in a couple years.

I think if you tuck back a case a month ...before too long you'll be glad you did.

Not to be paranoid but that's a good idea. Cars/bikes/etc. don't run without gas... same same. I did that in 1998-1999 when the scare of Y2K was building and I still have cases of ammo in dry storage from that! One of my few good investments. Not that I was a Y2K nut case, I could just see the prices going up and the availabilty going down. I was 10 years ahead of time!

-but the price sure has!

I bet you could flip it and make an easy 300%-400% profit.

Ammo and high quality firearms are excellent investments over time.
