Good News and Bad News

Okay, the bad news first:

I was approaching an intersection yesterday at about 35 mph (limit was 40) when the light turned yellow.  Split second decision; stop or go?  I was real close to the stop line so I went.

A teenage girl without a driving permit made a left turn in front of me in a Ford Expedition AND STOPPED!!  I T-Boned the side of the Ford.

Good News?  I was in my truck and not on my bike.

The truck is certainly totaled.  No injuries all around.

What a day.

I've been all over the world, and you have to go to South Korea to find drivers worse than those here in Phoenix.

I didn't have my camera with me.  But I'll snap a few when I go to clean out the truck.

You know, just before leaving Texas I paid off the truck early ($4000.00) had new tires put on all around, tune up, and a Rhino Lining put in the bed.  Sheesh!

Maybe the insurance will pay to fix it, but I really doubt it.

Norris, man, that whole crash thing totally sucks - very sorry to hear about your truck but I'm glad to hear you're O.K. 

Sounds like you're enjoying school (read that on another thread somewhere...).  Have fun with the rest of the course; sounds like a blast!
