That is such a beautiful monster! The Arrow system really looks fantastic on there!

Ok...Very cool.  If the pipes twist and not 'flex or bend' then that's a good thing.  I'll wait for the pics and measurements on how much you cut off.  I know it might vary from bike to bike but I would like an idea. Thanks,

Lou

Give me ten min. I'll have the pics.

Beautiful man [thumbsup]

Can I buy you some beer & have you do mine ???  I'm local [thumbsup]

p.s  Now raise your rear ride height & you'll gain another 3" of space between the cans & the rear wheel [thumbsup]

Ok, here we go. What I did first was cut the bracket several times to get the height I wanted. I did not worry about the hole I would be drilling in the bike/frame just yet. Once I got the cans where I wanted them, I drilled them while on the bike. I had my knee supporting the cans. Once they went through, I lowered the cans and drilled the back of the Black/bike bracket. I used the same hole-size as the stock Arrow bracket and the same size screw/bolt. I went a tad longer on the hole I drilled.. I also used the stock Arrow washer for the Bolt. As you can see, I used the stock Arrow bolt and mounted it in the stock location to give the cans support so they would not hit the rear tire.

Hope this makes sense. I know the pics/bracket look harsh, but I plan to remove it someday. Sand it and have it powder coated black.... Some day.

More pics on my flickr page.

Just came back and yes, "MY" stock passenger pegs fit with about 1in. left between the healguard and the can.

Awesome.  Gotta be able to take my girl for a ride sometimes!

How close are the pipes to the swingarm ???

I was looking at my S2R1K & it's already really close............. about 2 mm now...... I know the systems are different so perhaps I won't be able to raise mine :-\

I would say about an inch and they are 50mm too.

I just did the ICON rotation procedure on my Arrow muffs and it is good.   I drilled the frame bracket hole in front of the original hole and chopped the bracket a little different. I dont seem to need a bolt in the original hole either. It really does look much better. Thanks for a great idea and the balls to do it first!!

Nice work yo!  Looks great.  I like those cans much better than the stock shotguns and your repositioning is just what the doctor ordered.   [thumbsup] [thumbsup]
