Are you refering to the DP bagster tank cover with the attachable tank bag?

I have a Ducati Performance tank cover with detacheable tank bag. The cover is awesome and fits really well. Makes the bike look like something from Madmax. The only downfall is the price.

I have the baggester version which you can get coloured to match your paintwork. Mines yellow. The bag is black. I use it every day while commuting to work. Its been 3 years now and all I do is give it a clean along with the bike.

I find it is just so much better than using a backpack or have a ventura rack... [puke]

what kind of info would you like about it?  I have one with the bag as well and love it.

so far you guys are all telling me how great they are,........which is some of the info i was after.

does it leave any scratches on the paint? any other negative sides to the thing?

i am sort of interested in finding a used / in need of repair bagger and seeing if i can resurrect it. if i do, i might skip the new paint job on my metal tank and just get it POR'd + brazed, then put the bagger tank cover on

It has not scratched my paint.  It cut to the monster's tank shape so it fits up well.  It is securely attached to the frame but you'll need to secure the excess strap.

I bought mine on a forum.  The bagster version bought direct is less expensive than the DP kit and can be had in a number of colors if you have to buy new.

I agree with COWBOY comments. Absolution no issues. My yellow cover cleans up well with a standard vinyl cleaner when I big the girl a tub. Obviously the yellow shows the dirt a bit especially if your riding everyday in all weather conditions. A black cover you would never notice this. I wanted to keep my bike looking yellow hence the colour choice. On the weekends I simply take it off (or not) when I head out for an early morning fling on the twisties.

LOL.

We can agree they're not as shiny as the tank.  They are better looking and more functional than any other tank bag or tail bag option for the Monster though IMO.

Even with the bag off they don't look that hideous.

I use the DP tnk cover on my Tricolor with no scratches. Works good on rode trips. [bacon]
