what are some out of the box, not done yet mods some of you would like to see on the 696?

For me...

under seat exhaust (998,999)
do something about that exhaust pipe out of  the engine
see some custom paint jobs
red frame, sub on a black 696 (love that look on the 695)
and many other things i am sure you will all fill in
