holy clean, do you even ride it?  :P

I did something similar to what you did for the mounting but I used some big ugly bolts in the mirror holes. I like your setup much better what bolts did you use and where did you get them?

Brian

those are 999 fairing bolts and flatwashers
bolting into a well nut pressed into the stock mirror thread/ socket/ recess...
not SOLID solid, but enough to suit my tastes....;)

Lookin' good! I want to get some Rizoma bling too. Where do you recommend getting them from? Also, I noticed the front brake reservoir is larger than the clutch reservoir...is this the popular setup? Would it be ok to use the same size as the clutch?

these guys are awesome....!:)

those are the recommended sizes,
i would think that the braking system would need a bigger reservoir since they have
those large brake pistons to move a greater distance....
i DID see someone use 2 matching ones, but have no idea
if its a better or worse setup...
this one is great.

I use the same tall reservoirs for the brake and cluth and thesmall one for the rear brake. No problems. I do check them every couple weeks or so, but I haven't had to add any fluid to either of them. Pj's parts is the place to shop for all your Rizoma stuff.

[thumbsup] WOW!  Very nice  and clean.

(Note to self; Clean bike better) ;D

Great, now I have to add those to my list of things I need. Well, not that I need, what I want. A Lot!

Looks great Lazarus7. Thanks for the pics.

nice lazarus
i've got a bit of rizoma on my s2r1k - the LED indicators are f hot and i've also added the grips. Titax levers are on the way as they're shorter and closer to the bar than rizoma's

2008 S2R1000 changed - spark headers and tail cut done, rizoma grips indicator lights and clutch cover titax levers, DP ECU, open filter, ...... maybe stop then............. nah think i'll add rizoma rearsets and their conical handlebar is f..hot... and then i need to get rid of those mirrors....

lazarus7

yeah ive got a clear alternatives in the back, definitely going with rizomas
in the front, just havent decided which ones yet...
i run pazzo levers on all my bikes, crgs on the 696, like them both...
rizoma rearsets are definitely next on the list....;)

hi lazarus,
nice work with the mods.i have done very similar on my s4rs but instead of the flat bar brackets i have used rizoma billit brackets part no ct450b.they use the same screw hole as the original bracket on the levers so as to look like factory fitment plus they look really trick.just my 2cents
