Anyone know the name brand of the adhesive for your end caps?

i saw a post once and now i cant find it. I cored some stock pipes and cut them down, one post i read named the brand of the glue/adhesive you can buy to put the end caps back on without having to drill through them and put rivots in. Anyone know what that is?
