I had to go to "Look & Layout" prefs & change the time offset to 1.

They must have moved the servers 1 time Zone

The post time says 10.39 pm, yesterday.  The clock on the post pages is minus 18 hours from when people actually post.  However,  on the front page where all the posts are listed, the times shown for last posts show the correct time.
