As far as list items: be sure everyone takes along some sort of kick stand puck, pad, crushed beer/pop can, or whatever. You'll be parking on many surfaces that will require these....

I managed to get my 5lb CO2 tank filled today at lunch, so that is one big item checked off on my list.
Still need to do some sampling and racking between now and Friday... 

Looks like I might have 4 or possibly 5 beers. So say 20 to 25 gallons.
If anyone is picking up store bought, lean toward stouts. I won't have any this round.

I swapped out the pazzo's with the stockers and now it wont pull  .  I tried putting the Pazzo back on and same thing.  I wish I was a mechanic, owning 3 Duc's is no bueno if you aren't capable of fixing things weekly

I'm bringing my espresso maker, it only does 2 at a time so it could take a while.

Amy does not drink beer, strange girl, so we will be bringing some wine.

Is there something else we should bring?
