Post-trackday get together?

Well w/ trackday looming ahead we should probably start thinking of a place to go afterwards for food and beverage.

I was thinking we could do Uncle Julio's. But we'll need to have plenty of parking for trailers. Any ideas you westies?

Uncle J's is a great place, but a major problem will be how packed it gets on a Saturday.... I think that will be a challenge for most places, though.

The track closes at 5 anyway so we should be able to get somwhere before the dinner crowd starts out

Last session ends at 5, but it's been my experience that by the time I change, load up, collapse into a chair & have a beer or 2, it's 6:30ish before I'm pulling away

There's a great Mexican place on I-20, LARGE parking lot, we went there after the Houston guys did a track day at Cresson. I'll see if I can find the name...
