I have always wanted to go as Quato from Total Recall. You could use a doll, or even your daughter in a front harness ( I know that the harness idea probably wouldn't work for long, but would be an unreal costume!!)

If you are going to be somewhere where people are cool go as  a Blind Gynocologist.  Get some scrubs, a pair of those dark glasses they give you at the eye doctor, a blind cane, and finally a sign that says" I read lipps".  People will either love it or think it is disgusting either of which is fine by me.
