Popup Blocker ?

I have not changed anything on my google or IE settings, but all the sudden the popup blocker blocks links in posts.  If I try to click on a link here in the DMF it is blocked.  I looked at the google settings, and it all block or zero block, but no choice. 

Anyone else having this problem?  My google spell check is also acting up.  I have it checked to use, but it has disabled itself.  I have to allow popups to use the spell check here on the DMF.
