Yup! Some great shots from the weekend.  I always buy all the pics at trackdays since i use it for critique and figure out what I need to work on the most (it's a long list so I have to prioritize!).  My body position looks so clumsy compared to the smooth looking guys...

I shouldn't do this but...he he...  Since everybody had to go through tech and made sure that all the tape was in place, take a look at Jeff and Derrick's bikes. Lights on, NO TAPE.

Well... they use their mirrors to watch you when they are in front of you, and also they know how to save a lowside with their knee and throttle... so the use of the tape isn't a big concern with those guys.

I was going to mention that to them since the brakelights were distracting...but that was the session that they black flagged everyone in (during the time they went out in intermediate). They should've taped the brakelights or pulled a fuse...but it's nitpicking

is it just me or do the pics not look near as crisp and focused as Jim's pics?  are the downloaded articles a better resolution?  just saying, because Jim's pics look hella good.  i think next time Jim needs to be given a press pass or something so he can have free reign to take pics from wherever.

I'm sure the Hart Photo copies you pay for and download are much better looking than what you see on their website, and much better looking that anything I took.

Catie has gone down this road. Hart has sole rights to commercial photography in the infield. Private people can take pictures from the infield, but must have the same type of liability insurance that Hart does. It wasn't very expensive if I remember correctly. Contact Kurt at MSR for more info.
