I guess it is OK.  To me a logo should never change.

I dont mind it...
certainly better than a red dot with an offset line through it!

thats the "dynamic D," and for me has been the recognizable symbol for the best looking bikes on the planet since i could say the world motorcycle... (im not that old...)
i don't like change, but at least they didnt jump TOO far. its a soft slow change, and i think its a step toward something even further away down the road. something REAL different. they're easing us into it.

looks pretty amateur in my opinion though... definiately spent alot on a little. kinda like us on the bikes!

+1 at least not drastically and especially if you have established a good brand.

Not so much a fan but I guess it will grow on me, I hope...

Don't just take the old DUCATI and drop it on a shoe logo background.

I couldn't put my finger on it, but this is exactly what I don't like about it.  I like the shield itself, it just seems half-assed with the old font on it.
Nobody snuggles with Max Power. You strap yourself in and feel the Gs!

I think the spent more time on the video about the logo then they did on the logo itself.

Are they expanding into the after dinner mint market?

The old logo was cast into some engine parts, wonder if they will do the same with this.

While the old logo was recogisable to those 'in the know', to the man on the street it meant nothing.

Just looking at www.Ducati.com  -- top left corner.  New corporate logo?  Triangle plastic badge looking thing with a swoosh through it.

What do you think?

I'll  tell you what I think - uh what was the question again? I couldn't take my eyes off the Streetfighter long enough to study the new logo  ;D

Gentlemen, you can't fight in here, this is the War Room.

It looks too 'soft' for the company it represent though.

+1

Ducati's logo should be bold and ballsy.  This new one is a bit 'frisco.

I hope this hasn't been said already I didn't read all the responses.... where can I vote for "Gawd awful horrendous"? Seriously it looks like something that would be the tailgate emblem of a station wagon sporting fake wood paneling. I'm envisioning the Vista Cruiser.  [puke]
