As far as I have seen, Jeff is still answering questions on TOB as admin....

He's 'retired' from DML admin.  I think he's just Monsterhooligan now and not running anything.  "Admin" is whichever of the VS guys was assigned as the corporate overlord (Jim quit.  I hope we had sumptin' to do with that.  ;D).
