Rapid Bike

I have a 2006 S2R 1000.  I want to get a rapid bike chip for my bike as I am putting a full arrow exhaust on it. 

My question is.  Is the Rapid bike set up the same for a 695 as it is for my bike or any of the others for that matter.  I may buy a used one but I can't tell on their site if they are the same.  They are also very difficult to get ahold of but they also seem like the best alternative for me to the ducati performance chip. 

Anyone who has some experience with these chips please chime in.  I'd greatly appreciate it.

If you are trying to contact RBUSA/Mr. Foster, majority of their staff is at EICMA in Italy right now. So good luck getting your calls through. You may be able to get through when its over ( no idea when) but the wire harness for the 695 are the same as any other current 2Vs (minus 696). The box it self is the same for all models and makes (if supported). I have an 06 S2R1000 and RB3.  cant tell you how its running cause RBUSA just shipped it back to me. They are a hoot to work with. Mr Foster is a VERY nice person and will help you out tremendously. As far as setup goes, if you want to dyno tune it, well. good luck because as monstermash said, there aren't to many and if there is, they probably don't know what they are doing. Mr. Foster called me back and said the previous tuner fouled up the RB3 unit (which i purchased used), was completely make the beast with two backsed up, hence the issues i had with it (see official closed loop thread.)  Where do you live?

I live in Columbus OH.  I'm actually gonna take the bike to Matt Carr at Ducati Indy.  He was with section8 before he started the shop there and has experience with the rapid bike tuning and he has a dyno at the shop.  Super nice guy too.  He's got a guy over in Indy that put a 1080 kit and high comp pistons in his s2r 1000 with a rapid bike.  He says it's a beast.  If only I had more money. 

I talked to Mr. Foster yesterday.  He was a very nice guy and I got the same speal about the bike show.  It's not a big deal I guess.  I'm just trying to get pricing and something scheduled.  I still haven't got the exhaust header in the mail so it's not like I can do anything yet.  I'm just trying to get it all lined up and done.  I don't like to let this stuff linger.  I like riding the bike and if all goes well it will be all buttoned up and ready to go when spring rolls around or even when that warm december day rolls around.
