I'd be concerned about the range on that thing. The tank looks awfully small.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

You can see a bit of hose coming off of the water pump but it doesn't look like it is connected to anything. Same for the exhaust, it looks incomplete. I was thinking how clean it was for a 4 valver untill I realized that some crucial parts are missing.
