Gear sticking

I just changed my oil, 15w15 repsol, and also flush the clutch system with new Dot4,  and now my 95 m900 (dry clutch) is having difficulty downshift. I can shift up but gears "sticks" when shifting down. any advice?

Sorry i am not sure I understand what you mean by "gears sticking"

I will guess that the clutch is not fully dis-engaging and you need to see where in the system the problem lies.
could be air in the hydraulics.
worn clutch master actuator pin (adjust your bleed down)

If the problem started after a flush I would definitely re-bleed the system. I personally prefer to use Speed Bleeders.

He's having difficulty on a down shift, like would occur if the clutch isn't 100% disengaged - just like you thought. 

I'm in the same camp as the others - if you just opened up the clutch hydraulic system, and now you're getting symptoms that are identical to having air in the line... then you probably got air in the line. 

One easy trick you can try, before bleeding more is To pull the clutch lever to the bar and fix it there with a strap.  Let it sit for 24+ hours and you might see improvement.  That little trick can allow air to escape into your reservoir.

yeah I was thinking about doing the "pulled lever back for 24hr" trick this morning. When I bled the clutch I used Mightyvac and it seemed pretty safe. Anyways, I will try it again later tonite.

When I had to install a new slave I started off trying my might vac, and found that just doing it by hand worked as well or better.  For lack of a better term, the vac was too fast. Bleeding out the clutch is  slow sucky process.
