Probably an easy question --

I'm replacing the battery in my 1998 ST2, which means going from the larger, older Duc battery from Yuasa to the smaller (sealed) one. In my 2001 Monster, it's got the larger, old-style battery box, filled with a molded spacer to hold the smaller cell.

Do I go looking for the spacer & different clamp for the smaller battery (the current clamp is short & grabs the ridge behind the wet cell fill ports, which doesn't exist on the sealed units) as a Ducati part or a Yuasa part, or does someone have something straightforward that they've fabricated? DesmoTimes sells the spacer, clamp & Westco battery as a kit, and I may go that route if there's not a simple alternative; he doesn't sell just the spacer & clamp.
