motovation frame sliders (i've had these for a few months now but i finally decided to get them put on) sorry, no pics of these...

well i got everything installed today!

LOVE the asv levers and speedymoto sprocket cover. i'm not sure if i like the frame sliders. i know they are for the safety of the bike, but the look is really bothering me at the moment. i'll have to sleep on it and stare a little tomorrow and the next few days. if i decide i don't like them i might have a nice new set of motovation frame sliders for sale. let me know if any of you guys are interested in them.

i should have some pics up tomorrow...

next on the asap list, in order is...
dp low seat
dp carbon fiber timing belt cover

and a little bit later...
dp 14t front sprocket
dp rear sprocket
dp red chain

and hopefully, once i get those mods done i should be done for quite a while...

What were your thoughts on removing (or not removing) the charc can and entire plastic shroud?

well, since i powder coated them i actually like my "rearsets" and i ride 2 up with my son so i really need the passenger pegs.

as for the charc can i actually like it on the 696. to me it makes the little 696 engine look a little beefier. without it i think it looks real bare in the place where it was. i'll be keeping mine...
