Ok I might sound like an idiot asling this but when they talk about Ducat corse  what do they mean?

Corse is Italian for race.

Ducati Corse is Ducati's racing division.

Oh, and I just found this on Wiki (not always the most accurate, but gives a reasonably quick answer).
