I'm new to this whole coffee thing. I got hooked on Douwe Egberts while in St. Maarten last summer.
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project. 

So I went solo.  -Me

Next month I will do my normal, "not local coffee" order . .  something with lots of caffeine, something from Africa, Indonesia and some hate, from waht I see

As far as espresso, the better roasters will list recommended dosage in grams.
