how to sign up SBKTV?

Guys, I have not watched SBK for 2 year after I took speedTV off the cable package.  Because it has too much trash.

I want to sigh up SBKTV for 2009 and I cannot find the link, can anyone help?

I just watched the race on race day.
They were live web cast.

the website is doing it for free?  that's why there is no memebership or sign-up button?
