I was there that day.  Michael Ernest (former holder of the track record and owner of Pacific Track Time) was absolutely rippin' it up with 13 y/o Ryan on the back.  It was awesome.     IIRC, Michael was/is working with Ryan, who is unbelievably fast on his own.
