A friend of mine and I bought one just about like that in 1979 - a race panted Kenny TZ750.  It was good for something over 35 mph.  A biker rode into the parking doing about 35 and almost wrecked when he looked down and saw the little man running along beside him slowly pulling away.  Racing slicks fully operable suspension. It was way cool.

I'd love to know how much that Ducati cost.
