Don't the stock heel guards bolt on?

The stockers don't work on a full system. It does come with its own tho. Here's the weird thing, when I was sitting on the bike after the install of the Sato's, my heel was hitting the pipe about an inch above the guard. I went out for a rid yesterday just cuz I HAD to while waiting to decide on what I was gonna do for a heel guard. Low and behold, while actually riding the bike, I have no problems with my heel hitting the pipe!!  :-\ Go figure... Must be that "angle of attack" thing.  ;D

I will most likely have the TBR guard that I ordered, up for sale soon!  [thumbsup]

I'm not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example!

To clean the melted on crap, let the pipes cool and spray it with Easy-Off oven cleaner, being careful not to get any on the rest of the bike. (Use a cardboard shield when spraying.) Let it sit on there for awhile and then wipe it off. You should be good to go.  [thumbsup]
