Anybody interested in splitting a room for Ouray? The website says all rooms are "double queen", which either means we all have to park two gays in each room, or each room has two queen sized beds. I'm betting on the latter.

Does that mean Ratfink can't go, since there is no mention of

in the hotel description?

When do most of you plan to go up? Do most folks ride up, or trailer? Enquiring minds want to know!

Hey damnit.. you leave my sheep out of this! How did I get dragged into this anyway??? I've never even made meantion of going to Ouray.. Let alone taking my sheep up on the back of the bike.. GEEZ!

we ride up that fryday morning around 7 and then head back moanday morning!

larry was the one that trailered but we all ride up......

As to mileage, I don't mind riding up, it's just riding the MH that much on that many consecutive days might be a bit of a pain (literally) in the old "pillows". As a pure sadist, I'm not into masochistic behavior like that, know what I mean?

Sheep's good, alpaca better. We passed two herds of alpaca on the way to Salt Lake, and the old lady just kept riding. Selfish. No time for even a pic much less a poke.

Welcome back bubba.

You can help by showing up. Your personality & riding ability is more than enough. If you bring the other 2/3 of the crew...bonus! A few of us are staying at the Hot Springs Inn (where we were last year), but the "main group" are staying at the Best Western I think (Dusty is past out or I would ask her).
As far as the dates go, Hell if I remember. This thread is so fragmented I can't even find it anymore. I'm sure someones is on top of it all & will post soon.
