Source for alternator cover ball bearings?

I'm having my case covers on my '05 S4R powdercoated, and I'd like to replace the three bearings in the alternator cover. One is a 6003-TN9/C3 bearing and the other two are 6000 series (one sealed -2RSH/C3 one open -C3).

Are the high-speed 6000/6003 bearings available at McMaster Carr sufficient, or must I match the numbers exactly?

Thanks,
  Dave

[laugh]  Ok, I can answer this one too.

Applied.com has these bearings, although a few are back-ordered, and prices range from $15-$20.  I'm checking today how much the local dealer will charge for OEM bearings.

Local bearing supply house should be able to get you squared away.

IMO, stay away from Chinese bearings.

Thanks Nick.

Unfortunately, the local bearing supply place was more expensive than OEM!
