That's too bad...

I sometimes remember. [laugh]

I think so, but the ones we have here not so much.

I should have gone to the dump Wednesday...they're pretty ripe with all this heat.

[laugh] you've gotta stop fallin down  ;)

i was referring to the bears out west
mike's lobster bib (his shirt) spent the night rolled up in our tent with us
wondering if it absorbed into the tent
those bears in yellowstone have amazing noses
they warn you not to bring anything into your tent
not even chapstick  :-\

Here in the mountains, it's in the 80s with high humidity.  Look to be the same in Miami, as well as in the Bahamas.

I'm not sure about that...is the tent washable?

dunno... it's been airing out all week, along with the sleeping bags
i think washing it will lessen it's waterproofing
gonna do a little research on that

You can get a product called Nikwax... http://www.nikwax.com/en-us/index.php

I used it on some raingear I had washed with detergent and thought I ruined...don't use soap.

I got mine at a ski shop.

If you say so...

The powdered detergent is what made my nylon raingear leak.

use soapy sponge then rinse by hand

doesn't matter though... the boss just informed me that we are not washing it  [laugh]
