Evening.

Will someone push me out the door to go to the gym? 

Need to do laundry too.  And get a few b-day gifts and vacuum and make dinner and go see a friend who's not well and get some work stuff done and and and....

I'm done with the bike for today. Now I'm going to Modify and accessorize my tamale with sour cream, extra Pork, peppers, onions, and tomatoes.

The Im going to sit down at watch Capt Janeway & crew.
